2. Products All products sold by SweetyCraft are handmade. Due to the artisanal nature of our items, slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of Italian VAT where applicable. SweetyCraft reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SweetyCraft is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
