Return & Refund Policy

Returns Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [thantip.roong1994@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

International Returns For orders outside the EU, please note that original shipping costs and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.
